Yin Spring Sessions
Event description
Emerge from winter’s stillness and blossom into spring.
Join me for a nourishing 6 weeks of yin yoga, designed to gently guide you out of the stillness of winter and into the renewal of spring. Through deep, restorative postures and mindful breath, we’ll support the body in releasing tension, restoring balance, and opening to fresh energy.
Come to one, any, or all sessions - with a discount if you book the full series.
