Yin, Touch & Softness
Event description
"Nothing is as healing as the Human touch" - Bobby Fischer
This 90 min offering is for everyone who already feels tired as Spring is taking over, anyone who is planning on having a crazy weekend but still has to go to work on Tuesday morning, anyone who is wondering what a Yin Yoga massage feels like, and everyone who just want to soften.
Join us for a special Yin Practice where you'll get to experience the power of Touch and Softness.Â
What to expect:
First, a gentle Spring Yin Practice with added Touch inspired by Zenthai Shiatsu (Thai Massage, Acupressure and other techniques).Â
https://www.thecoconutinitiati...
The goal, apart from relaxing the body, is to find deep (but comfortable) stretches and hold them for several minutes surrendering to softness.Â
We will end our practice with 20-30 minutes Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)Â to leave this offering rested and with a sense of wholeness.
The session is limited to a small number of participants to make sure that everyone feels held in a safe space and guided properly through the process.
What to bring:
We have everything @VividFlow to support your practice, though You are welcome to bring your own Mat, blocs, bolsters, eye mask...
Bottle of Water
I would suggest wearing long sleeves, pants and maybe bringing a cover or Sweater - Even if the weather get hot the body tends to lower its temperature when fully relaxed.
Your guide:
Ambre, @thecoconutinitiative, 600h RYT, Reiki & Zenthai Practitioner, passionate about the capacity of the body to surrender in the right environment.Â
Do not hesitate to reach out if you need more information.
