Let's allow the magic of the new moon to draw us together to connect and share in a safe space. Aligning ourselves with nature's divine timing and intentions for an evening of divine self-care.

This full moon falls in Cancer and is all about self care and nurturing yourself. Cancer also highlights the themes of home and family, so it is a powerful time to reflect on your family relationships and whatever is required for a deeper level of connection and harmony.

What a better way to nurture ourselves than by beginning with a relaxing Yin class guided by the gorgeous Helena. This will be a special class that works in combinations with the energies of the new moon. I'm thrilled to let you know we will also be accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls played by my dear friend Alisha.

Following Yin, we will move into circle to pull cards, set some intentions, share and connect.

Come along to share in this special and indulgent evening.

All are welcome and there is no previous "moon circle experience" required.

Things you'll need....

Please where something you feel comfortable in, that allows you to move freely and meditate with ease.

There are yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows there, please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Journal and pen (something to write your intentions + insights in)

Something to contribute to the mandala (a flower, crystal, candle etc, you will take this home with you afterwards)
