Join mother-daughter duo Chrissie and Stacey for a transformative series of 4 yin yoga classes. Led by Chrissie, you’ll explore practical techniques drawn from her extensive experience in therapy and various modalities. Throughout the series, you’ll acquire effective strategies to manage stress and anxiety. Each session concludes with a soothing sound bath, providing time for reflection and journaling. Participants will receive a take-home booklet filled with valuable insights and journal prompts to enhance your understanding between weekly classes.
