It’s such a beautiful way to start your day, driving through the Noosa Hinterland, lush bushland of Gubbi Gubbi Country. Arriving at the quaint Verrierdale Hall.
All props, mats, bolsters, blocks & straps will be provided and your space will be set up for you.
Grace yourself with the enlightening experience of surrendering to fully settle & land, becoming present with a really inner calm. Settling the adrenals & breathing into your practice either ease.
