Would you like to try ceremonial cacao and get to know more about its benefits? Join me next Sunday 6th of June for Yin Yoga and ceremonial cacao heart opening workshop in Mount Maunganui!

Yin Yoga is a slow, mediative style of yoga (no previous experience required to attend this workshop). Heart opening ceremonial cacao will help you to surrender into the Yin practice and release stored emotions and tensions in the body.

$25 pp (includes yin yoga session & ceremonial cacao) 

Bring your own yoga mat please.
