Marcel van de Vis Hell and Tony Turner return this year in November to offer this unique Yin Yoga Teacher Training opportunity at Yoga Om, Mount Lawley. This is your chance to learn from one of the first-line assistants of Paul and Suzee Grilley, who are the pioneers of Yin Yoga and Anatomy.

The Training -

Yin Yoga Anatomy and Chakras Teacher Training - 100 Hours

13 - 26 November

Daily Schedule - 10 am - 4 pm (some days we will start a bit later and finish later - the full schedule will be released very soon)

Includes - Training Manual and 6 months membership of TheFatYogis.com

Homework / Research - Approximately 1 hour a day - will consist of reading, watching our online channel - The Fat Yogis or preparing classes

This training is based on the philosophical and anatomical principles as taught by our teachers Paul and Suzee Grilley. This training is meant to give you a thorough understanding of the human anatomy, which we believe will be immensely valuable in your teachings; we will explore the vocabulary of Yin Yoga postures, their variations, how to give assists and how to plan and teach a Yin class.

We will also explore, ancient concepts like Chakras, Karma, Samskaras, Vrittis, Vasanas can be relevant to our development and well-being, especially in the modern fast-paced world. The Chakras theory is based on the philosophical teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, Dr Horoshi Motoyama and Paul Grilley.

During this course, we will practice different Chakra meditation techniques, yin and yang asana sequences, and investigate the physical, emotional and mental characteristics of each of the main 7 chakras.
