How does combining a restful, gentle style of Yin Yoga and massage sound to you? This is a class that offers you shapes to melt into with props to support you so that you can find relaxation and stillness.

Bring clothes you'll be warm and comfortable in, maybe a favourite pillow or cushion (optional), and bring your beautiful self (including self-compassion, kindness and love). Tovi and Jake will provide the safe container for you to surrender to deep rest, guiding you into the relaxation you deserve.

2 hours of nourishment, a beautiful Yin Yoga practice focusing on restful postures guided by Jake, with years of teaching yoga behind him and a background working in mental health. Jake's trauma informed classes feel like a wholesome hug for your nervous system.

Tovi will be offering the gift of touch through gentle and loving massage while you surrender into the poses, allowing you to explore your practice while feeling safe, supported and cared for.
