Yin Yoga and Shiatsu

Yin
yoga and Shiatsu is
a one and an half hour workshop, that is a combination of Yin Yoga
(where positions are held for long periods of time to work deeply
into the fascias tissues, a very restorative practice) and shiatsu
massage therapy(both passive movement and pressure on meridians)
You will be guided into yoga postures, gentle flows, with options to suits you best.Then, you will receive relaxing and healing touch, using shiatsu, reiki and passive movement modalities.
This
is such a gentle way for you to feel deeply relaxed whilst creating
more space and balance.
This is your perfect opportunity for you to reset. Allowing yourself some time out to ease off muscles and melt away, physically, emotionally and mentally. Who doesn't need that?
You
will leave feeling more aligned, balanced and simply in a blissful
state of relaxation.
Cath
is an Holistic, Thai and Shiatsu massage practitioner, a reiki
practitioner and a Yoga therapist.
