Yin Breath and Sound: Journey within

Take a pause from the outside world and gift yourself an evening of deep rest, stillness, and restoration.

This nourishing experience weaves together gentle yin yoga, mindful breath, guided meditation, gentle healing Reiki touch, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with yourself.

Yin yoga invites you to slow down, holding supportive postures for longer periods to gently open the body, improve flexibility, and create space for both physical and emotional release. As your body softens, you'll be guided through grounding breathwork and meditation before being immersed in a restorative sound healing journey. Throughout the experience, gentle Reiki touch (with your consent) may be offered to support relaxation, encourage energetic balance, and deepen your sense of ease and wellbeing.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking balance, or simply craving time to pause, this evening offers a beautiful opportunity to reset and return to a place of peace.

What to expect:

Suggestions of what to bring:

A yoga mat if you would prefer your own (mats will be supplied)
A blanket (optional, blankets are supplied)
Water
Warm, comfortable clothing (your body cools during relaxation)
Bolsters are supplied but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
A yoga block if you prefer (these are not supplied)
Anything else that will make you feel comfortable

No previous yoga experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome, this is a space to simply soften and slow down.
