Join Emily Ruygrok and Angelo Swan under the light of July’s full moon, to reset your nervous system and deeply nourish your body & mind.
We will begin with guided pranayama, meditation and intention setting, before melting into a nourshing yin yoga journey while receiving sound healing including crystal bowls, live acoustic singing, didgeridoo and optional reiki, healing touch.
