Meet Gita, your yoga instructor:

We are excited to welcome Gita back to Bhakti Lounge for a special yin-style yoga event.With a Ph.D. in psychology and Akhanda Yoga training (YTT 200) from Rishikesh, India, Gita integrates conscious movement, pranayama, and guided meditations in her practice. Her sweet and gentle presence helps participants release emotional tension and leave feeling lighter.
