This class combines gentle Qi Gong movements and Yin Yoga, followed by a long, deeply relaxing Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls.

A nourishing experience designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.
