Event description

Join @Yogi_Aliya and she combines 3 healing modalities that will help you release what is weighing you down so that you can vibrate higher. This event will incorporate yoga, sound, and reiki, to truly create a relaxing and zen experience that will leave you feeling lighter and rejuvenated. Allow the sound, reiki, and yoga poses to realign your energies so that you can feel more inner peace and attract the life you desire.

Aliya is from New Jersey and is making her mark in Los Angeles. She is a Healing Coach and Reiki Master and she is motivated to help others awaken to new levels and transformations in their lives. She uses her background in yoga, sound and therapy to help participants release what is no longer serving them and vibrate higher.

Participants can bring what they need to make them comfortable.  (Eye Mask, Journal, Loose Clothing).
