~ Yin yoga & sound ~

A two hour immersion to slow down and nourish your body & mind.

We'll begin the afternoon with yin, a gentle practice that offers lots of time & space for long holds & stillness. Followed by a sound bath to bask in all the magic.

For me, yin has been such an important practice to connect and check in with myself. Bursting with gratitude to be able to share and offer it here in this space.

All welcome to stay for some tea & chats with like minded women afterwards.
