"Do you wake up at the same time in the middle of the night? Do you experience a midday slump in your energy levels? When is the optimal time to eat, sleep, work and relax?

The Ancient Chinese have a sophisticated system of traditional medicine that supports health and vitality. Part of this system is the Chi Cycle that charts the flow of energy which rests in different organs at specific times of the day.

This Chi Cycle circulates in a 24 hour period and represents the time of day when each organ is functioning optimally and has the most energy.

The Body Clock can be used as a guide to understand how to best nurture ourselves and match our daily activities to the most suitable energetic times to support the mind and body.

Join Christine McDaniel for this Yin Masterclass, as we explore Yin Yoga poses that stimulate the 12 meridians to enliven the Chi flow through the channels. We will begin with a 30 minute conversation about this ancient system followed up a 2 hour Yin Yoga sequence touring the landmarks of the Body Clock.”
