COMMUNITY CLASS COST: $11 per person - Drop-in's also welcome. Card available and correct cash welcome.
Our Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra classes are a wonderful experience for individuals who are seeking to improve their flexibility, mobility, relieve stress in the body/mind and deep relaxation.
You will be guided through a small series of poses held for longer periods of time, focusing on breath and body awareness.
This slow yet still challenging practice is designed to stretch and dissolve deeply held tension within the fascia and connective tissue while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
We will complete our practice with a short guided Yoga Nidra practice (Yogic Sleep) which focuses your awareness on sensations in the body promoting deep relaxation before finishing with a blissful Savasana with essential oils, massage and optional oracle cards.
Suited for all ages and levels including pre and postnatal.
Wear comfortable clothing & socks are recommended to keep your feet warm.
Mats, bolsters, blankets and other props provided but also welcome to bring your own.
Herbal teas also provided.
