This seasonal event invites you to experience a grounding evening of Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Sound Healing — designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner rhythm before winter fully settles in.

Meet the facilitator:
Mari is a yoga teacher whose approach is grounded in Buddhist principles. Her approach blends breath, body, and mindfulness — helping students cultivate a quiet inner strength and tune into the more subtle aspects of their experience. She believes in consistent, grounded practice as a path toward clarity, presence, and a more intentional life. (@maricoutiinho)
