This class is for people who want deep relaxation in their day. You will enjoy a deep stretch, especially through the hips, pelvis and spine. Golden Yogi is a yoga studio based in Takapuna, Auckland, focused on providing inspiring yoga classes to serve the community for personal growth and transformation to encourage people to be happy, healthy, and in harmony. Their purpose is to develop a conscious community focused on optimum health through natural lifestyle choices to merge the mind, body, and spirit.

About Project Sunrise

Project Sunrise is a community created by three friends (Clarissa Hirst, Floriane Caillot and Pete Whittaker) designed to support professionals and business owners navigating burnout and mental health struggles.

We run weekly events around Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, ranging from free walks to mindfulness workshops and gentle exercises, all in a pitch-free, no-expectation environment.
