Gently switching from your sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, cultivating relaxation, reducing stress while gently stretching, restoring and letting go of any thoughts, emotions, and stress that do not serve you.
Enjoy a relaxing and grounding meditation lead by Meditation teacher Karleena Clarkson,1 hour of nourshing Yin Yoga guided by Yoga Instructor Anna Cooke, followed by an intuitive sound bath with Tibetan sound bowls, Crystal Sound Bowls and Koshi Wind Chimes.
BRING a Yoga mat, Bolster or large Cushion/pillow and a blanket - anything else that may assist you to drop into deeper relaxation.
