A nurturing and deeply relaxing Yin Yoga with Reiki experience where we tap into the energy of the 5 elements to cultivate balance and harmony within your body and energy field. This space is here to support you to slow down, connect within and be with the present moment, so you can be in tune with your truest self and feel re-centered.

Each class is centered around an element and its corresponding season and yin yoga poses.

These classes are a moment for you to simply be, receive, and fill your cup. There's nothing that you need to do besides surrender and relax into each pose.

During this event, you'll experience the restorative energy healing combination of Reiki, Yin Yoga, meditation and Flower Essences. Each modality offers space for your energy to realign, shift heaviness or stagnant energy, and bringing you into a feeling of relaxation, inner peace and balance.
