Monthly Yin Yoga with Will & Justin
First Sunday of Every Month | 4:00–6:00pm
Take 2 hours just for yourself in this nourishing yin yoga practice designed to release tension, restore balance and invite stillness into your week.
This special monthly class is co-led by Will & Justin, two experienced teachers who create a supportive, welcoming environment for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. With two instructors in the room, you’ll receive attentive guidance, alignment support and optional hands-on assists to help you settle deeper into each posture.
What to Expect:
A warm welcome with tea to arrive, ground and connect
2 hours of yin yoga postures, held with mindful breath
Myofascial release and acupressure to target deep muscle relaxation
Optional hands-on assists and adjustments (with consent)
A calm, cozy atmosphere supported by soft lighting and a nurturing pace
Props provided (mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets) so you can simply arrive and relax
Yin yoga is a practice of slowing down. Each pose is held for several minutes, encouraging a deep release through the body’s connective tissues while cultivating mindfulness and inner quiet. With the addition of props and skilled guidance, this practice is deeply accessible, no matter your level of experience.
