This special two-hour journey invites you to slow down, soften, and surrender through the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga combined with the healing touch of Shiatsu massage. You'll be guided through long-held postures to gently open the body and create space for insight, while qualified and experienced practitioners offer intuitive Shiatsu adjustments to support energetic and physical release.
