Join us for this deep relaxation and healing journey as we compliment the powerful practice of Yin Yoga with the beautiful healing resonance of Crystal Bowl Meditation. This is a special event held each month with the intention to create a safe sacred space where you can truly let go and let your nervous system reset and relax.

The yin yoga is a quiet reflective space with long holds on the mat and eyes closed to support exploring our inner landscape. Belle has been teaching yin yoga specifically for over 5 years. This style of yoga moves into the the soft tissue of the body, using the breath and mindfulness techniques to support deep body release and relaxation.

This process is perfectly complemented by crystal bowl sound healing by the talented Sharon @thehealingroomsharonhale. The beautiful resonance created by the bowls supports a powerful healing response in the body. The sound medicine is unique for each person and each time you bathe in vibrations. the intention is to allow energy to move to support greater healing and recalibration of our mind, body and soul.

Overall the yin yoga sound healing is a beautiful relaxing experience to complete your weekend. You will leave feeling refreshed and ready to bring in more joy and presence to the week ahead.

Doors open at 4:50pm, please bring warm comfortable clothes,socks and a blanket. We also recommend a keep cup for the herbal tea we supply in closing.
