Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Ceremonial Cacao ✨
Join Marie from Sunset Yoga for a soulful Yin Yoga practice, a journey inviting you to turn inward and nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
By holding poses for a few minutes Yin Yoga revitalises deep tissues in the body for healing and relaxation.
Marie finishes the Yin session with a brief Yoga Nidra meditation, ensuring ultimate relaxation for both body and soul.
Experience a beautiful sound bath guided by Kim from Cosmic Wellness, woven into the Yin Yoga session.
Kim's soothing sounds will gently guide you into deep relaxation, allowing you to release the day's tensions to fully drop in your body.
Ceremonial Cacao is recognised as the highest plant based source of magnesium and iron, not only nourishes the body but also opens your heart to oneness, love, and ecstasy.
