**YIN YOGA + SOUND**

A slow morning class combining Yin Yoga, breathing, rest and live singing bowls.

Yin is a much slower style of yoga. Rather than flowing quickly between poses, we settle into comfortable positions and stay there for longer, allowing the body time to soften.

You absolutely do not need to be flexible to come to Yin.

In fact, this class is really about finding a version of each position that works for your body rather than trying to make your body look a particular way.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

We’ll start gently with some breathing and movement before settling into a series of supported Yin positions.

I’ll guide you through each one and offer options and gentle adjustments where appropriate.

Throughout the class I’ll incorporate live Tibetan singing bowls and sound, with plenty of quiet space between poses.

We’ll finish lying down with a longer relaxation and sound.

This is a very small class — maximum four people — so it will feel quite different from walking into a large yoga studio.

**WHAT TO BRING**

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring:

• A pillow

• A blanket

• An eye mask if you have one

• Water

If you have your own yoga mat, you're welcome to bring that too.

Tea in the garden afterwards when the weather allows.

**Complete beginners are very welcome.**
