Join Bec & Linda for a Gentle Yin Yoga Session - Finding Calmness and Mindfulness

During your time with us you will find ways to unwind, relieve stress and cultivate mindfulness?  You will create a beautiful sense of calmness through holding gentle grounding postures and breath work. This practice is perfect for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi.

During this session, we will explore a series of gentle yin yoga poses that focus on deep stretching and relaxation. Each posture will be held for between 2-5 minutes allowing you to sink into the pose and release tension in both your body and mind. You will learn how to connect with your breath, enhancing your awareness and promoting a sense of peace.

Throughout the practice, we will incorporate various breathing techniques that encourage deeper inhalations and exhalations. This mindful breathing will help calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and create space for introspection.

Yin yoga not only improves flexibility but also enhances joint mobility and promotes better circulation. By focusing on long-held postures, you will experience increased relaxation that activates your parasympathetic nervous system—allowing you to feel safe and supported as you let go of daily stressors.

Bec & Linda will alternate weekly with facilitating these classes.
