Sophie’s Chapter is a heart-led space for slowing down, softening and reconnecting to yourself. Yoga is more than a movemet, it’s a chapter of your life where you get to come home to the self and connect to the energies and space around you.

Sophie begun practicing yoga in a little shala in Port Douglas in 2021 which sparked her love for her practice. She has grown and deepened her knowledge and practice over the years and completed her 200hr Yin and Vinyasa Yoga training in 2025 through The Barefoot Yoga School in Sri Lanka. Sophie’s love and passion for yoga has integrated deeply into her love for reading, working in bookselling for almost six years she brings a spanse of knowledge across fiction and non-fiction works that inspire her practice.

She loves sharing this passion through her day-to-day life managing an independent bookstore and after teaching friends and familiy over the last year, has branched out into community style classes to share this love for yoga with more people.

Sophie’s classes are accessible, nourishing and draw on the ancient teachings of yoga.
