    Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that helps to calm the nervous system and bring awareness to the body-mind connection. Winter is the most “yin” time of year when the extra darkness allows time to restore and regenerate. Take time to slow down and turn inward. Bring along your yoga mat, water bottle and blanket. Wear warm comfortable clothes. This is an International Day of Yoga event.
