A weekly guided practice by Sam.
Integrating asana (postures), pranayama (breath) and dhyana (meditation) in an intentional way to formulate a state of ease and rest.
Through the practice of yin yoga, one can gain many things; a deep stretch of the physical body from the days activities, a therapeutic understanding of yoga, a space for the mind to be still, or a place for you to reconnect with gentle & intentional movement.
Accessible and adaptable to all.

No experience necessary.
Please arrive 10-15mins prior to set up and get comfortable so we can commence on time.
What to bring: Own yoga mat, blanket and bolster if available. Anything else to make you feel warm, cozy and comfortable.
What to wear: Anything you are comfortable to move gently and rest easily in.
