A sacred 90 minute immersion of deep rest, gentle energy work & healing sound.

Join us for an evening designed for deep rest and gentle healing. Guided by grounding Yin, hands on Reiki and the soothing waves of Sound healing.

You’ll be welcomed with warm cacao to nurture the heart whilst inviting a deeper connection within.
