There’s something really lovely about giving yourself the time and space to move your body without expectations, and then allowing yourself to settle into stillness.

Join us for our monthly offering at House of Ritual, where we bring together embodied movement, Yin yoga and sound healing.

An opportunity to spend a couple of hours away from your usual routine, connect with your body and enjoy being present with yourself.

📅 Sunday 8 November 🕒 10am – 12pm📍House of Ritual, Beerwah

You don't need any yoga experience. Everything is guided, with plenty of room to move in a way that feels right for you.

Move your body. Soften into stillness. Receive the sound.
