With the whole 'four seasons in a day' situation here in Victoria, it can often feel like the seasons all blur together. I designed this event as a way to purposefully segment the year and provide intention to each season, regardless of what the weather holds.

The experience will flow like a Yin Yoga class but will be interspersed with moments of journaling and reflection. You'll have the chance to sink deeply into the body, before being guided through intention-setting inspired by the themes of the season, in this case, Autumn. Both elements of the practice, the yoga and the journalling will draw on the wisdom and themes of Chinese medicine.

This class is suitable for all levels, including people who are new to yoga.
