In the comfort of your own home, prepare your body and mind for deep, restorative sleep with this 1-hour calming Yin Yoga experience.
Yin Yoga is a slow, passive practice where poses are held for 3-5 mins to allow the muscles to turn-off and stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints. Yin is the perfect and necessary antidote to a busy, active life to restore balance and inner calm so the body can repair all it's functions.

No experience necessary - everyone welcome.
Payment and registration
- Ticket price is pay what you can. Recommended donation $20 per person.
- Each person attending is required to register.
What you need
- A warm, quiet space where you will not be interrupted or distracted
- A yoga mat (or towel to place underneath you)
- A yoga bolster (or a couple of pillows/cushions or few large towels rolled up)
- 2 yoga blocks (or something the size of a brick wrapped in a towel)
- Prepare your space with candles, incense, essential oils and dim the lighting
- Wear comfortable clothing
