Event description

We warmly invite you to join us for breakfast in celebration of International Women's Day 2025.

Join us for a compelling International Women’s Day Breakfast at Yirranma Place, where we explore the urgent challenges and opportunities shaping the future for women and girls. Through powerful stories, expert insights, and community-driven solutions, this event is a rallying call for action - because true empowerment starts with access to rights, safety, and opportunity.

This year’s International Women’s Day Breakfast will shine a light on the intersections of gender equity, housing security, and economic empowerment. As we mark 30 years since the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, we’ll explore how systemic barriers continue to shape women’s lives—and, more importantly, how innovative solutions create pathways to stability, opportunity, and leadership. Through compelling lived experiences, social enterprise initiatives, our panel of female leaders will unpack the real challenges faced by women today and highlight practical, community-led solutions that foster dignity, resilience, and long-term change.
