Join us for YJP Next Gen: Health, Psychology and Sport with Harry Sheezel and Andrew McGrath.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from two AFL stars as they share insights on maintaining both mental and physical wellbeing in high-pressure environments.
Harry brings a strong social influence, consistently highlighting powerful elements of preparation and recovery, while Andy pairs his AFL experience with his passion for wellness and business as the owner of Pando Society.
