  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

This event welcomes our new Villagers to our community by celebrating who we are, what we have achieved and what our priorities are this year. 

You will be formally welcomed to Yukeembruk Village by our Head of Residence and YMCA President. We will also celebrate our community, past and present, through the distribution of 2024 Academic Achievement Awards to current residents and alumni alike with a special guest performance by the YKBand!

Food will be provided and The Perch will be open for the purchase of drinks. 

*Timing of food service has been considered with respect to those observing Ramadan. This means that food service will not commence until after 7:30pm.
