To cancel your ticket and receive a refund, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required by contacting YMCA Springfield Lakes via email or phone.
If you are unable to make the event, your paid ticket can be reallocated to a future Craft Specialty Session if YMCA are notified 24 hours prior to the event.
