Join Rosemary and Shweta for a transformative 90-minute journey through Yoga Nidra and a Sound Bath .This event is an invitation to explore the depths of relaxation and rejuvenation, blending the ancient practices of deep meditative yoga and therapeutic sound vibrations.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, guided by Shweta. It's a powerful meditation technique that promotes deep healing and rest. Complementing this, Rosemary will immerse you in the healing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic instruments, creating a Sound Bath leading to profound relaxation and balance.

Following the session, you'll have the opportunity to ground yourself back into the present, sharing space and stories over herbal tea and fresh fruits. This gathering is not just an event but a communal experience designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul, leaving you refreshed and connected.
