CARERS 5 WEEK YOGA COURSE - CHELTNEHAM

Eligible unpaid Carers are invited to take some time out for themselves at this FREE respite event for relaxation and an opportunity to connect with like carers who live in your local community.

Description of the event: Carers are invited to attend a five week yoga course at the beautiful Bayside yoga studio in Cheltenham.

Whether you are just starting out or looking to deepen your practice, this Iyengar yoga course will provide you a relaxed and inviting space where you can enjoy a intimate class of no more than 8 Carers.

This introductory course is designed for beginners however if you have prior experience and want to deepen your practice you are very welcome to attend. These classes will provide you a solid foundation in Iyengar Yoga principles and techniques.

Venue: Bayside Yoga 162 Weatherall Road, Cheltenham, Victoria

There is ample street parking directly outside the studio on Weatherall Road. For those that would like to enjoy a coffee after your yoga we recommend Peckish Cafe in Cheltenham (14 Station Road) which is only a few minutes walk from the studio.

Type of Event: Carers Only

Bayside yoga studio request that any Carer who is aware they are pregnant to not sign up to this event. There will be a brief medical form to sign on arrival regarding any health issues you are aware of which may impact your ability to practice yoga
