Yoga - Abhyasa: Align, Breath, Repeat

Are you interested in joining a group of like-minded individuals to explore the foundational principles of Yoga in a set sequence.

The class is called Abhyasa (Uhb-yah-sa) being a Sanskrit term that means "Practice" or "Repeat Effort" in yoga and meditation.

Like some of the more traditional styles of yoga this class is about practicing the same sequence of postures in each class. 

However, the difference is that this class is specifically designed for students who want an aligned experience, offering the opportunity to ground, align, and breathe through each posture.

The beauty of this class is its flexibility—you can adapt it to suit a stronger, gentler, or more meditative practice simply by adjusting your approach, without changing the postures."

So, this class caters not only to beginners but also to experienced yogis.
