Event description

Come try Yoga Amazonica with Valentina. Improve the mind-body connection and activate the energy centres in the body whilst experiencing a musical journey into the heart of Latin America.

Vale is a certified yoga instructor running guided yoga to help us step into our best positive attitude for summer. $10 per class for a special session of reconnection. Check her Instagram out: @valentina.sirenita.12
