On May 5th there will be a special Yoga class that will go through the basics, developing both knowledge and confidence to participate in a variety of yoga classes.
Here's a breakdown of what the class will entail:
- Introduction to Traditional Hatha Yoga, which includes some Yoga Philosophy
- Centering Practice: Breath Awareness
- Warm-up Yoga Sequence
- Traditional Yoga Sequence: Standing and Floor Poses
- Meditation in a reclined position
- Seated Meditation with a Namaste conclusion
