🔥 Cultivating Digestive Strength – According to Ayurveda, a strong digestive fire (agni) is your most powerful ally for natural detoxification. Learn how to support and strengthen your digestion with food, routine and daily practices to optimise your health year-round.
🥣 Cooking Demonstration & Kichari Cleanse Protocol – Learn how to prepare kichari, a staple Ayurvedic dish, (optional) extra time to sample it together, and receive a full home protocol to continue the cleanse at your own pace.
This intimate session is limited to 7 participants to ensure a personalised and supported experience.
