With 20+ years of yoga experience in Bali, Balian local Nicky Sudianta is your guide for this immersive experience that includes Balinese ritual and ceremony, daily hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, mantra, Tibetan singing bowl, and yoga nidra – all wrapped in nature - ricefields, jungle, coconut grove, ocean, all within a stones throw. Shine your inner light. This offering is suitable for those both new to yoga or experienced.
