Join @exceedinglyruby & I this Saturday for the most PERFECT way to start your morning and weekend (in our opinion!!!)

This is an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and be guided through a beautiful yoga flow and mindfulness breathwork that will be exactly what your mind, body and soul is craving 🤌🏻

Leave feeling calmer in your mind, connected to your body and some new friends of course!

What to bring:

  • Your best self 

  • Towel

  • Yoga Mat (optional)

  • Water bottle

  • Swimmers (for an optional dip after!)
