Selina will take you through some gentle Yin shapes to awaken the body and bring a sense of calm and nourishment to the nervous system.

Arriving into Bali Garden Matakana you are instantly transported into an oasis, use this time to prioritise self-care and tune out from the external world.

The serene studio invites you warmly as you connect back to yourself.

After yoga there will be a delicious brunch prepared to gift you exactly what you deserve.

Brunch will be prepared by an incredible chef who has worked with health & wellness retreats for ten years. This menu has been specifically designed to nourish the body using as many local and organic products where possible.

Not only will you walk away feeling empowered, energetic and well nourished, you will have the opportunity to learn about Ayurvedic tonics and ways to balance the nervous system.
