    Event description

    Reconnect with nature at the beautiful Wistaria Gardens in Parramatta Park, surrounded by a vibrant display of spring flowers.  

    Take a break from the daily hustle and enjoy the calming effects of yoga, mindfulness, and nature. Slow down, relax, and soak in the garden’s beauty. Start your morning with an hour of yoga, then enjoy sensory ‘bush bathing’ activities and meditation. 

    Program schedule: 

    • 9:00am - 10:30am: Yoga class with mindful movement 
    • 10:30am - 12:00pm: Bush Bathing - a nature walk that engages all your senses and lets you fully appreciate the beautiful spring blooms. 

    What to Bring: 

    • Yoga mat 
    • Water bottle 

    This program is open to participants aged 16 and older. Please note that we may cancel the event due to hazardous weather or if minimum participation numbers are not met. In such cases, refunds will be provided. 

    This program is delivered by the GSP education team. Our expert educators have designed a variety of Nature Connection programs for the beautiful sites within Greater Sydney Parklands. 


    Your responsibilities if you feel unwell 

    I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that all attendees associated with this booking do not attend if: 

    • We/I show any COVID-19, infectious disease or virus symptoms or feel unwell 
    • We/I have had a fever, diarrhoea or vomiting within 12 hours or at the time of the program 
    • We/I have been asked to self-isolate 
    • We/I have had a positive COVID-19 test result and continue to have symptoms. 

    If any of the above apply to you or any attendee associated with this booking, we request that you do not attend this program. In this instance, please contact us via email on education@gsp.nsw.gov.au to arrange for a refund of your ticket.
