In this 1-hour and 30-minute journey, I invite all wonderful souls to join me in a serene outdoor setting, where we stretch, breathe, and flow together. This class is about more than just movement – it’s about embracing the present moment, letting go of stress, and opening up to new friendships. 🌿

I am here to guide you in reconnecting with your body, soaking in good energy, and creating beautiful moments with like-minded people. Imagine yourself surrounded by nature, moving in harmony with the rhythm of your breath, feeling at ease, and sharing this experience with a community that welcomes you just as you are.

📍 Location: Prince Alfred Park, meeting by the rainbow track

⏰ Time: Arrive at 8:45 AM – we start at 9:00 AM. Finish time is 10:30 AM

✔ Yoga mat (or a towel if you don’t have one)

✔ Water bottle to stay hydrated

✔ Comfortable clothing you can move in

✔ Sunscreen & hat (if sunny) or a light jumper (if cool)
