We begin our session by anchoring into the physical body—focusing on freeing tension along the spine, the central channel through which your life force energy flows. Through a blend of fascial release therapy, somatic breathwork, and precise postural alignment, we create the spaciousness needed for energy to move freely.

This opening practice is rooted in a core principle of Therapeutic Yoga:

When blood circulates freely, lymph drains effectively, and breath distributes evenly, energy flows through every cell. Your body naturally self-corrects, releases chronic aches, and feels strong, grounded, and weightless.

Once your body is open, grounded, and restored, you will melt into Savasana to receive a profound Kundalini Activation session.

Spinal & Fascial Release: Targeted movement and myofascial release to relieve chronic physical pain, back stiffness, and joint tension.
System Restoration: Creating space within the nervous, respiratory, and lymphatic systems.
Somatic Grounding: Cultivating deep physical presence, structural alignment, and internal expansion.

✨ PART 2: Kundalini Activation Session (Guided by Karen) Kundalini Activation is a gentle, direct transmission of life-force energy that supports your body’s natural ability to process emotional blockages, expand consciousness, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

The Process: A brief introduction followed by lying comfortably on your mat to immersive, curated music.
Gentle Energy Work: Light, respectful touch on specific energy centers to support your energetic flow.
Integration: Dedicated time at the end to ground, integrate, and process your experience.
